Examination Pattern

The selection process will consist of three phases for Quality Council of India Recruitment 2023 :

Preliminary Examination: This will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising 100 multiple-choice questions. The exam duration will be 1 hour, and the questions will cover the following topics:

Intellectual property law
Patent law
Design law
Trademark law
General knowledge

Main Examination: Successful candidates from the preliminary round will proceed to the Main Examination, which will also be a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This phase will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions and will last for 2 hours. The subjects covered will be:

Design law
Trademark law
Specific technical areas related to the post

Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to assess their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of intellectual property law.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based solely on the performance of candidates in the preliminary examination, main examination, and interview. The final merit list will be prepared considering the marks obtained in all three phases.

Salary

Good salary is given by the Quality Council of India, the salary in this recruitment will be Rs 56,100/- to Rs 1,77,500/-.
