The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), East Coast Railway (ECoR) has released a notification for the recruitment of 1216 Act Apprentice posts in various trades. The online application process will begin on July 4, 2023 and will end on August 2, 2023.

RRC ECoR Recruitment 2023 : Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed the 10th standard examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.

They must have also passed an ITI course in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.

The upper age limit for general category candidates is 24 years. However, there is a relaxation of five years for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Candidates can apply online through the RRC ECoR website. The application fee is Rs.100 for general category candidates and Rs.50 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a written test and a skill test. The written test will be of objective type and will be conducted in two parts.

Part I will be of general knowledge and Part II will be of technical knowledge. The skill test will be conducted for the trades that require practical skills.

Salary and Benefits
